Jennifer grew up in Newton, Iowa and began her career in healthcare in 2008 as a Certified Nursing Assistant, graduating high school the following year. She developed a strong foundation in patient care through her work in a retirement community, on a medical-surgical hospital floor, and later as a patient care technician in a dialysis clinic. After years of supporting patients in clinical environments, she felt called to expand her focus into wellness and holistic health.
In 2016, Jennifer graduated from the Massage Therapy Program at the Aveda Institute. She has continued to deepen her expertise through advanced training in sports deep tissue techniques, Myokinesthetics, and trauma-informed care.
Jennifer specializes in therapeutic deep tissue massage, sports kinesiology massage, and prenatal massage—combining technical precision with a naturally intuitive touch. Clients frequently note her ability to “find all the right spots,” helping them release tension, reduce pain, and move with greater ease. Her practice centers on listening closely to the body, restoring balance, and supporting long-term well-being. Jennifer is dedicated to creating a calm, nurturing environment where clients can relax, recharge, and reconnect with their body’s natural rhythm.
